Fit-hun Feast Application Terms & Conditions for Dining Partner (Hotels)

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a legally binding agreement between

(“Partner” or “Hotel/Restaurant”) and Fit-Hun Feast (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering and participating in the Feast application, the Partner agrees to be bound by these T&C.

  1. Partner Obligations
    Discount Offers: The Partner agrees to honor the discount offers on dining bills as advertised on the App. These discounts apply only to the total food and beverage bill (excluding taxes, service charges, and any excluded items specified by the Partner).
    Service Standards: The Partner will ensure that high-quality service standards are maintained for all customers using the Feast app discount.
    Updated Information: The Partner is responsible for ensuring that all listed information (e.g., menu, prices, hours of operation, and terms of discount) is accurate and updated on the App.
  1. Discount Terms and Usage
    Discount Redemption: Discounts apply only to dine-in services, not for takeout, delivery, or other services unless specifically mentioned. Customers must put bill no. and bill amount in the Feast App to avail discount offer.
    Limitations on Use: Partners may set specific conditions for discount usage, including blackout dates, minimum order values, or limitations on combining with other offers, provided these are clearly communicated to Feast for listing on the table brochure.
    Non-Transferable: Discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    Gift/Food advertisement: Fit-hun Feast application can promote brands to the hotel customer through gifts/food sample and the partner will provide distribution support.
  1. Revenue and Payment Terms
    Feast Fees and Commissions: The Partner agrees to pay bill settlement fees to Feast, it is as per calculation by Fit-hun admin. Bill settlement margin (in %) will be max 20% And min 5% as agreed in this agreement.

    Transaction Settlement of Accounts:
    Feast will settle dues to the Partner in T+2 days or same day settlement*(* 50% for the total day billing for first 30 days).Dispute Resolution:
    In case of any billing or payment discrepancies, the Partner agrees to contact Feast within [3 days] of the transaction date for resolution.However, delays may occur due to bank holidays, payment gateway issues, or other circumstances beyond Feast’s control. In such cases, payments will be processed on the next available business day.
  1. Liability and Indemnity
    Customer Interactions: The Partner is solely responsible for customer service and dining experiences. Feast holds no responsibility for customer dissatisfaction, food quality, or incidents occurring on the Partner’s premises.
    Indemnity: The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Feast and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from any breach of these T&C, negligence, or willful misconduct by the Partner or its staff.
  1. Termination
    Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 15 days written notice.
    Immediate Termination: Feast reserves the right to immediately terminate a Partner’s participation if there is a breach of these T&C, or if the Partner engages in fraudulent activities or any conduct that may harm the reputation of Feast or its users.
    Post-Termination Obligations: Upon termination, the Partner must fulfill any pending obligations.
